Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with your service agreement. To cancel, write to support@aextilfederal.com from an email address on the account, or use any cancellation control provided in the application.

What cancelling does

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the applicable customer agreement. If you believe you have been charged in error, write to us and we will look at it promptly.

This page does not create a refund entitlement beyond what your agreement provides.

Your material after cancellation

You may ask for an export of your company’s material before or after cancelling. The Privacy Policy describes how we keep and delete information.
