The whole pursuit, not the first step of it.

Five screens, in the order a working day happens. Every one below is running today — nothing on this page describes a roadmap, and every picture is the real application.

A demonstration company built for these pages: an invented firm with its own invented evidence, put through the real product against real public notices. No customer data appears here.

01 · Today

What deserves my attention this morning?

Federal opportunities are monitored daily and measured against your company. What reaches this list reached it for a stated reason, and the reason is on the card.

  • The strongest matches first, with a recommendation you can disagree with.
  • How many of the assessed dimensions actually support the match, not a single opaque score.
  • What the notice is, who is buying, when it closes, and what the next action would be.

02 · Opportunity

Is this one worth my day?

One opportunity, assessed against your record. A strong fit names the projects that make it strong — and the same panel states what is still against you, which is the part a score hides.

  • The verdict with its reasons, and the projects on file that support it.
  • Set-aside, magnitude, period of performance and trade code, each as the Government stated it.
  • Response readiness, and a single next step rather than a link to go and find one.

The other half of the judgement

And when the case is thin

The same screen on a different notice. Aextil Federal rates this one a partial fit and says why on the same panel as the decision — the bonding this appears to need is more than your record carries, and the notice publishes no readable response deadline.

  • A recommendation you can argue with, because the reasons are in front of you.
  • Nothing is hidden to make the product look decisive — a thin case is shown as a thin case.
  • The decision is still yours: Pursue and Pass are both one click, on every opportunity.

03 · Response Review

Is this ready to send, and what is still on me?

The Government’s questions are pulled out of the notice and tracked to the end. The draft is built from projects you approved; what only your firm can state is asked for plainly, beside the document rather than inside it.

  • A running tally: accounted for, needs your answer, partly answered, ready to confirm.
  • The letter on the left as the Government will receive it; the review notes and evidence on the right.
  • Nothing is sent and nothing is certified until you do it — the product cannot do it for you.

04 · Your company

What is it actually reasoning against?

Not keywords. Your projects, their values, who you did them for, what you are qualified to say about your size and status — and what is missing from each one.

  • Every project on file, what it can support, and which live responses depend on it.
  • Where each fact came from, and whether it is confirmed or merely stated.
  • A response may cite only what is here, so the record is the thing you improve.

05 · Pursuits and follow-up

What did I decide, and what happens next?

A pursuit is one acquisition — the sources sought, the solicitation it becomes, the amendments and the outcome stay one record instead of scattering across notices.

  • What you are pursuing, what needs you next, and what is closed.
  • Decisions recorded with the reason and the day you made them.
  • After you submit, what is still open and what came back — every touch is yours to make.

And what it will not do

The boundary is the feature.

It does not submit anything to the Government, ever. You send it.

It does not certify a representation on your behalf.

It does not state a figure your own record does not support.

It does not tell you that you will win something.

Worth twenty minutes?

A walkthrough goes through the product with a federal contractor's evidence in front of you, on real public notices — so you can judge it against work you recognise.
